Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the production of creative assets by collaborating with designers and videographers to ensure visual excellence.
  • Monitor all social channels daily to engage with followers, answer inquiries, and manage community sentiment.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators to provide actionable insights and regular reporting to leadership.
  • Identify and capitalize on emerging digital trends, platform updates, and cultural moments to keep the brand relevant.
  • Manage the distribution and scheduling of content using industry-standard management tools to ensure flawless execution.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support product launches, events, and corporate announcements through social channels.
  • Conduct regular competitive analysis to benchmark performance and identify new opportunities for growth and differentiation.

Requirements

  • Proven professional experience in social media management with a track record of growing brand presence.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt tone and style for different platforms and audiences.
  • Demonstrated expertise in content planning and the ability to manage complex editorial calendars.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in using native platform insights and third-party analytics tools.
