Join a forward-thinking engineering team as a DevOps Engineer dedicated to enhancing the reliability, scalability, and deployment velocity of modern technical environments. This remote-first role offers the opportunity to architect robust infrastructure and automate complex operational workflows within a high-impact, industry-agnostic setting. We are looking for a technical specialist who thrives on solving infrastructure challenges and building seamless CI/CD pipelines.

About the role

As a DevOps Engineer at our organization, you will step into a pivotal role designed to bridge the gap between software development and systems operations. We believe that infrastructure should be as agile as the code it supports, and you will be the primary architect of that vision. Your mission is to ensure our technical environments are not only stable and secure but also capable of scaling rapidly to meet evolving business demands. This is a high-visibility position where your contributions directly influence the speed at which we deliver value to our users. You will spend your time building and refining the automated systems that power our deployment lifecycle. By implementing sophisticated CI/CD pipelines, you will empower our engineering teams to ship code with confidence and frequency. We prioritize automation over manual intervention, and you will be expected to identify bottlenecks in our current processes and replace them with elegant, scripted solutions. This role is perfect for someone who views infrastructure as code and enjoys the challenge of managing complex, distributed systems in a remote-first environment. Collaboration is at the heart of our engineering culture. You will partner closely with software developers to understand their needs, providing the tools and observability required to monitor application health in real-time. Beyond just building tools, you will serve as a consultant to the broader engineering department, advocating for best practices in deployment, configuration management, and system architecture. Your work will ensure that our developers can focus on building features while you handle the underlying complexity of the cloud environment. In addition to proactive development, you will play a critical role in maintaining the operational integrity of our production systems. This includes supporting incident response efforts and conducting thorough post-mortems to prevent future outages. You will be tasked with improving our observability stack, ensuring that we have deep visibility into every layer of our infrastructure. By fostering a culture of reliability and continuous improvement, you will help us maintain a high standard of service for our clients across various industries. We offer a competitive compensation package ranging from 110000 to 170000, reflecting the high level of expertise required for this position. Because we are industry-agnostic, you will gain exposure to a diverse array of technical challenges and use cases, keeping your skill set sharp and versatile. If you are a self-driven engineer who is passionate about cloud technology and operational excellence, we encourage you to apply and help us build the future of our infrastructure.
