Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize and execute high-quality digital and print assets that align with overarching brand strategies
  • Maintain rigorous brand consistency across all platforms and mediums to ensure a unified visual identity
  • Collaborate directly with marketing teams and internal stakeholders to define project scopes and creative goals
  • Prepare and deliver production-ready files for various specifications including web, social, and print vendors
  • Manage the end-to-end design process from initial mood boards and sketches to final polished deliverables
  • Incorporate feedback and manage multiple rounds of revisions with a positive and solution-oriented mindset
  • Stay organized while juggling multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced remote environment
  • Present design concepts and rationales to stakeholders to gain alignment on creative direction
  • Audit existing brand assets and suggest improvements to enhance visual impact and user experience
  • Monitor industry trends to ensure our visual output remains modern, relevant, and competitive

Requirements

  • A comprehensive portfolio of professional design work demonstrating a range of styles and formats
  • Advanced proficiency with industry-standard design tools and software suites
  • Deep understanding of typography principles including pairing, hierarchy, and readability
  • Expertise in layout design for both digital interfaces and traditional print materials
  • Strong mastery of color theory and its application in branding and marketing psychology
  • Solid grasp of visual hierarchy and composition to guide viewer attention effectively
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
  • Excellent communication skills for articulating design decisions and collaborating with teams
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a graphic design or related creative role
