About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and drive the full-cycle recruitment process across a variety of departments and seniority levels. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring that every individual who interacts with our brand receives a thoughtful, professional, and transparent experience. You will be tasked with more than just filling seats; you will be a talent advisor who understands the nuances of our organizational culture and the specific technical or professional needs of each hiring team. As a remote member of our staff, you will have the autonomy to manage your pipeline while staying deeply integrated with our internal stakeholders. You will spend your time identifying high-potential talent through creative sourcing strategies, moving beyond traditional job boards to find passive candidates who align with our mission. By building a robust and diverse pipeline, you will directly contribute to the growth and innovation of the company, ensuring we have the human capital necessary to meet our ambitious goals. Collaboration is at the heart of this position. You will work closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, refine job descriptions, and establish effective interview rubrics. Your expertise will be vital in guiding these teams through the selection process, helping them mitigate bias and make data-driven hiring decisions. You will also take the lead on the final stages of the recruitment journey, managing offer negotiations and closing activities with a high degree of professionalism and tact. Beyond the immediate hiring needs, you will play a key role in maintaining the integrity of our recruitment data and systems. By keeping our Applicant Tracking System up to date and analyzing recruitment metrics, you will help us identify bottlenecks and improve our overall efficiency. Responsibilities

  • Execute full-cycle recruitment strategies to identify and engage high-quality candidates across multiple disciplines.
  • Proactively source passive talent through networking, social media, and advanced search techniques.
  • Conduct thorough initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications, cultural alignment, and career motivations.
  • Coordinate and schedule complex interview loops, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and interviewers.
  • Maintain meticulous records within the Applicant Tracking System to ensure data integrity and compliance.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers by providing market insights and guidance on best hiring practices.
  • Manage the offer process including compensation benchmarking, verbal offers, and closing activities.
  • Support and implement inclusive hiring initiatives to ensure a diverse and equitable candidate pipeline.
  • Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement in the hiring process.
  • Facilitate a positive candidate experience from the initial point of contact through the onboarding transition.

Requirements

  • Proven professional experience working in a dedicated recruiting or talent acquisition role.
  • Demonstrated success in sourcing and engaging passive candidates through various digital platforms.
  • Strong screening and interviewing skills with the ability to assess both technical skills and soft competencies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective storytelling and stakeholder management.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and internal leadership teams.
  • High level of proficiency in managing candidate data within an Applicant Tracking System.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.
  • Ability to work effectively and independently in a fully remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced proficiency with recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and specialized job boards.
  • Hands-on experience utilizing Greenhouse or Workday for end-to-end candidate management.
  • Prior experience in technical recruiting, executive search, or high-volume hiring environments.
  • Familiarity with data-driven recruitment strategies and reporting on hiring funnels.
  • Experience developing and executing employer branding or recruitment marketing campaigns.
