Responsibilities

  • Conduct extensive research on target accounts and key personas to identify high-potential business opportunities.
  • Execute multi-channel outreach strategies including cold calling, personalized emailing, and social selling.
  • Perform deep discovery calls to qualify leads based on budget, authority, need, and timeline.
  • Schedule and coordinate high-quality introductory meetings and product demonstrations for Account Executives.
  • Maintain meticulous records of all interactions and lead statuses within the CRM system to ensure data integrity.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to follow up on inbound leads and maximize conversion from marketing campaigns.
  • Partner with senior sales leadership to refine outreach scripts, objection handling, and value propositions.
  • Monitor and report on personal performance metrics to ensure consistent achievement of monthly and quarterly quotas.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity to better position our solutions during prospect conversations.
