Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage comprehensive onboarding plans tailored to specific client needs and timelines.
  • Configure software tools and system settings to align with customer business requirements and workflows.
  • Facilitate interactive training sessions to ensure high user adoption and proficiency across all platform features.
  • Monitor and track project milestones rigorously to ensure on-time delivery of implementation phases.
  • Identify and resolve technical or operational issues that arise during the deployment and configuration process.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation of the implementation process for internal and external reference.
  • Lead formal hand-off meetings to transition clients smoothly to the customer success or technical support teams.
  • Provide regular status updates to stakeholders regarding project health, risks, and completion targets.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to communicate client feedback and suggest system enhancements.

Requirements

  • Proven professional experience in implementation, onboarding, or technical project coordination.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and competing deadlines.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on client relationship management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot system configurations.
  • High level of technical literacy and the ability to learn new software platforms rapidly.
  • Experience developing and delivering training materials or educational presentations to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high productivity and accountability.
