We are seeking a strategic Operations Manager to bridge the gap between high-level vision and daily execution by building scalable processes and high-performance operating rhythms. This remote leadership role focuses on driving measurable accountability and streamlining workflows to ensure our distributed teams operate at peak efficiency.

About the role

The Operations Manager serves as the central nervous system of our organization, responsible for transforming complex business objectives into streamlined, repeatable workflows. In this role, you will look under the hood of our current departmental functions to identify friction points, resource gaps, and opportunities for automation. You are not just maintaining the status quo; you are architecting a foundation that allows our teams to scale without sacrificing quality or speed. By establishing clear operating rhythms, you will ensure that every team member understands their role in the larger mission and has the tools necessary to succeed. Data-informed decision-making is at the heart of this position. You will be expected to move beyond anecdotal evidence, instead utilizing key performance indicators and operational metrics to diagnose health and predict future needs. You will oversee the daily pulse of the business, ensuring that projects remain on track and that cross-functional communication remains fluid. This requires a leader who is as comfortable diving into the granular details of a process map as they are presenting high-level operational reports to stakeholders. Collaboration is the cornerstone of our remote culture, and you will act as the primary coordinator between various departments. You will facilitate the planning cycles and reporting structures that keep our leadership informed and our contributors aligned. Beyond internal management, you will also handle critical external relationships, overseeing vendor management and resource allocation to ensure we are maximizing our investments. Your goal is to create an environment where excellence is the default and operational hurdles are cleared before they impact the bottom line. As a remote-first organization, we value autonomy, clarity, and proactive problem-solving. We are looking for a professional who thrives in an industry-agnostic environment and possesses the versatility to apply operational principles across diverse business functions. If you are a builder who finds satisfaction in creating order out of chaos and empowering others through superior systems design, this role offers the platform to make a significant, lasting impact on our organizational trajectory.
