Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive product strategies and long-term roadmaps that align with organizational goals.
  • Conduct deep-dive research to gather actionable insights from customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Translate complex business needs into detailed technical requirements and user stories for development teams.
  • Lead the prioritization of product features and backlogs to maximize business value and user impact.
  • Collaborate daily with engineering and design teams to ensure high-quality execution and timely delivery.
  • Establish and monitor key performance metrics to evaluate product success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Facilitate regular stakeholder meetings to communicate progress, manage expectations, and gather feedback.
  • Iterate on product features based on quantitative data analysis and qualitative user testing.
  • Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from initial discovery and prototyping to launch and post-launch support.
  • Advocate for user-centric design principles across all stages of the product development process.

Requirements

  • Proven professional experience managing digital products or complex business systems through the full lifecycle.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills with a track record of using data to drive product decisions and strategy.
  • Expertise in prioritization frameworks and managing competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment with high levels of autonomy.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to build consensus across different departments.
  • Proficiency in writing clear, concise technical documentation and functional requirements.
  • Solid understanding of software development processes and the ability to partner closely with engineering teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience in product management.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Direct experience managing products within the SaaS or digital marketplace sectors.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled products and the integration of machine learning into user experiences.
  • Previous experience scaling platform products or working within high-growth startup environments.
