Drive high-level strategic leverage for senior leadership by orchestrating critical priorities and cross-functional execution. We are seeking a high-impact Chief of Staff to refine operating rhythms, resolve operational gaps, and serve as a force multiplier for the executive team in a fast-paced, remote environment.

About the role

The Chief of Staff role is a pivotal leadership position designed to act as the connective tissue between executive vision and organizational execution. In this capacity, you will serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership, ensuring that their time is optimized and that the company’s most critical initiatives move forward with precision. This is not an administrative support role; it is a high-level operational position that requires the ability to navigate ambiguity, synthesize complex information, and drive alignment across diverse business units. You will be responsible for creating the structural framework that allows our leadership team to scale effectively while maintaining a pulse on the health of the entire organization. Your primary objective is to create immense leverage for the executive team by managing the strategic cadence of the business. This involves overseeing the planning cycles, tracking key performance indicators, and ensuring that decision-making forums are productive and data-driven. You will often find yourself operating in the gaps, identifying areas where processes are breaking down or where cross-functional communication has stalled. By stepping into these spaces, you will design and implement solutions that improve overall organizational velocity. You will be expected to anticipate needs before they arise, providing the foresight necessary to avoid bottlenecks and capitalize on emerging opportunities. Communication is at the heart of this role. You will be responsible for drafting high-stakes executive communications, preparing presentations for internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring that the leadership’s voice is consistent and clear across all channels. You will act as a proxy for senior leaders in various meetings, possessing the judgment to make decisions on their behalf or escalate issues when necessary. This requires a rare blend of emotional intelligence and analytical rigor, as you will need to build deep trust with stakeholders at every level of the company while holding them accountable to their commitments and deadlines. Beyond day-to-day operations, you will lead special projects and strategic initiatives that do not have a natural home within a specific department. These projects are often the most complex and high-priority tasks facing the company, requiring a generalist mindset and the ability to learn new domains quickly. Whether you are evaluating a new market opportunity, restructuring an internal process, or managing a sensitive organizational change, you will bring a structured approach to problem-solving. This role offers a unique vantage point into the inner workings of a growing organization and provides the opportunity to influence the long-term trajectory of the business through disciplined execution and strategic insight.
