Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases tailored to specific project requirements
- Execute rigorous manual and automated testing cycles to identify functional and non-functional defects
- Document all identified issues with clear reproduction steps and severity levels in our tracking system
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to communicate findings and prioritize remediation
- Perform thorough regression testing and validate fixes to ensure issues are resolved without new regressions
- Analyze existing workflows to identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements to the overall QA process
- Monitor quality metrics and provide regular status reports to leadership regarding product health
- Facilitate communication between departments to ensure a unified understanding of quality standards
- Participate in project kickoff meetings to provide early feedback on requirements and testability
- Maintain organized documentation of testing results and process changes for audit and compliance purposes
Requirements
- Proven professional experience in quality assurance, testing, auditing, or process quality management
