Join a forward-thinking people operations team as a Human Resources Generalist dedicated to fostering a high-performance culture through empathy and compliance. This remote role offers the opportunity to manage the full employee lifecycle while serving as a trusted advisor to both leadership and staff. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who balances administrative excellence with a genuine passion for supporting a diverse, distributed workforce.
About the role
As a Human Resources Generalist, you will serve as a foundational pillar of our people operations, ensuring that every stage of the employee journey is handled with professionalism, care, and legal integrity. This is a comprehensive role designed for a practitioner who thrives on variety, moving seamlessly between high-level strategy and the essential day-to-day tasks that keep an organization running smoothly. You will be instrumental in maintaining a workplace culture that values transparency and growth, acting as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries and management support across the United States.
Your impact will be felt immediately through your management of the onboarding process, where you will set the tone for new hires by facilitating a seamless transition into the company. Beyond the initial hire, you will take ownership of benefits administration and HRIS accuracy, ensuring that our data remains a reliable source of truth for decision-making. By maintaining meticulous records and staying ahead of evolving employment laws, you protect the organization while advocating for the best interests of our people.
Employee relations will be a core focus of your daily activities. You will be expected to handle sensitive situations with high levels of discretion and sound judgment, providing a balanced perspective that aligns with our core values and internal policies. Whether you are coaching a manager through a difficult conversation or helping an employee navigate their benefits package, your communication style should be clear, empathetic, and solution-oriented. You are not just a policy enforcer; you are a culture builder who understands that compliance and compassion are not mutually exclusive.
In this remote environment, your ability to work autonomously while staying deeply connected to the team is vital. You will lead the charge on policy administration and reporting, translating complex data into actionable insights that help us refine our people strategies. This role offers significant room for professional development as you tackle diverse challenges across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring our practices remain competitive and compliant in an ever-changing labor market. We provide a supportive atmosphere where your contributions to process improvement and employee engagement are highly valued and encouraged.
