Responsibilities

  • Proactively build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through consistent outbound prospecting and lead qualification.
  • Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to uncover client pain points and business objectives.
  • Develop and deliver tailored presentations that clearly articulate high-value solutions to prospective clients.
  • Manage the end-to-end proposal process including drafting custom agreements and managing internal approvals.
  • Lead complex negotiations to secure favorable terms while maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene by documenting all activities and updating deal stages in real-time.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize lead flow and provide feedback on campaign effectiveness.
  • Partner with delivery and implementation teams to ensure a seamless transition for new clients.
  • Provide accurate weekly and monthly revenue forecasts to sales leadership.
  • Stay current on industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a consultative edge in all conversations.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in a professional sales role with a focus on new business acquisition.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a full-cycle sales process from initial outreach to closing.
